Over at Bench Memos, David French recounts the good, the bad, and the ugly of the Supreme Court’s decision in Christian Legal Society v. Martinez.  While the decision is narrow, it ignores the real world consequences the ruling will have on campus groups (and free expression on campus), and it rests on the foundation of the mandatory student fee system, a system that is unique to university campuses.
